Joulumaa, briefly translated as “Christmas land”, is a mental state of harmony and peace, in which one finds oneself roughly once a year, around Christmas-time. The original title is reference to a popular and patinated Finnish evergreen Christmas song “Joulumaa”, sung ever so beautifully by Katri Helena.
